Abstract

The invention discloses a method for filling through-holes of a printed circuit board (PCB) with a solder mask ink for double-sided opening. The method comprises the following steps: the first pretreatment step; through-hole filling step; the first pre-baking step; the first development step; the step for curing the PCB after the first development; the second pretreatment step for printing the solder mask ink on the cured PCB; the second pre-baking step for the PCB after the second pretreatment step; and the exposure step for the PCB after the second pre-baking step. The method provided by the invention can be meet the requirement for through-hole filling by adding the steps of pretreatment, through-hole filling, pre-baking, development, curing and so on, and can satisfy the requirement for solder mask ink of the PCB according to the normal printing procedure. In addition, the method solves the problems of cat eye or light transmission caused by incomplete hole filling, and also obviates the conflict with the subsequent surface ink printing process, thereby ensuring the quality of surface ink printing process.
