Abstract

The invention relates to a bear bile extractive obtained from a traditional Chinese medicine bear bile powder as well as a preparation method and application in preparing medicaments for treating scalds. The bear bile extractive is obtained by extracting the bear bile powder by using an extracting solvent and then carrying out macroporous resin column separation after drying extracting solution. The result of a mice wound surface healing test indicates that the bear bile extractive prepared by the preparation method has high healing rate of scalded wound surfaces and short healing time, pathological examinations indicate that the renascent skin texture of the treated mice is intact and tight in arrangement, and has no obvious scar generation. The preparation method of the bear bile extractive has simplicity and low cost, and the bear bile extractive and the preparation method in the invention provide a new medicament source for treating the scalds.
