The liquid dividing tube is divided into a first chamber and a second chamber by a partition plate. The liquid gathering tube is divided into a third chamber and a fourth chamber by a partition plate. The first chamber is communicated with the fourth chamber through an inner tube and the second chamber is communicated with the third chamber through an outer tube. The outer tube is sleeved outside the inner tube. A fin is arranged on the outer wall of the outer tube. At least a row of outer tubes is arranged between the liquid dividing tube and the liquid gathering tube. According to the invention, the inner tube and the outer tube are straight tubes which are simple to process, and the inner tube and the outer tube are easier to sleeve.
