Abstract

The invention relates to application of a campsis radicans polysaccharide, in particular to application of a campsis radicans polysaccharide to the preparation of anticoagulant medicines. The action of the campsis radicans polysaccharide on the blood coagulation time of capillaries and bleeding time of tail tips of mice is measured by intracorporeal administration; and the influence of the campsis radicans polysaccharide on the thrombin time, prothrombin time, active part thromboplastin time and plasma recalcification time of the mice is measured. Anticoagulation experiments indicate that thecampsis radicans polysaccharide can prolong the blood coagulation time of the capillaries and bleeding time of the tail tips of the mice obviously, and prolong the thrombin time, prothrombin time andplasma recalcification time of the mice obviously, and display that the activity of exogenous blood coagulation factors is inhibited, so that the generation of hemaleucin is inhibited, and the thrombin time is prolonged obviously. Experiment results prove that the campsis radicans polysaccharide has an obvious anticoagulation effect.
