Anticoagulation experiments indicate that thecampsis radicans polysaccharide can prolong the blood coagulation time of the capillaries and bleeding time of the tail tips of the mice obviously, and prolong the thrombin time, prothrombin time andplasma recalcification time of the mice obviously, and display that the activity of exogenous blood coagulation factors is inhibited, so that the generation of hemaleucin is inhibited, and the thrombin time is prolonged obviously.
