The device includes: a reversing tray 20 on which the workpiece is placed, and also which is reversible centering around a reversing shaft 11 and the reversing shaft 11 is made to penetrate through substantially a center part in the width direction of the reversing shaft itself; a rocking tray 30, which is connected to a rocking shaft 26 being parallel to the reversing shaft 11 and arranged on the reversing tray 20, and which is rocked to the reversing tray 20 and holds the workpiece; and a guide mechanism 40 for rocking the rocking tray 30 from an open state to a closed state to the reversing tray 20 with the reversal of the reversing tray 20.
