The embodiment of the invention further discloses a device for realizing the special water wave rippling effect. With the adoption of the method and the device for realizing the special water wave rippling effect, disclosed by the invention, a special dynamic effect of water wave rippling can be simply and rapidly added into a video or the image, the effect is vivid and the video or the image seems to be played under the water, so that the use pleasure of a user is enhanced and the user experience is improved.
