Abstract

The invention relates to equipment for correlated processing of vibroseis data in a graphics processing unit (GPU) / central processing unit (CPU) coordinated mode and a method thereof, so that problems of a complicated structure and poor reliability in the prior art can be solved. The equipment is composed of six major units: a memory or an internal memory, a memory device, a GPU, a CPU, a terminal and a field data collection interface. The field data collection interface that is connected with a field component by a gigabit optical cable so as to collect seismic field data; connection between the field data collection interface and the CPU is provided by two bound gigabit network cables; the GPU, the memory and the memory device are connected by a high speed interface on a mainboard of the CPU; and the terminal equipment is also connected on the CPU mainboard. According to the invention, processing like correlation can be carried out rapidly on an original vibroseis record; besides the equipment has advantages of simple structures of correlated technical components of vibroseis, improved reliability, substantial reduction of cost, significant improvement on data processing capability, corresponding improvement of the system upgrade capability as well as substantial enhancement of real-time tape track capability and collection efficiency of a seismic apparatus.
