Problems solved by technology

However, the existing hydrogels all need to add reactive monomers, and the reaction process is relatively complicated. After the reaction, unreacted monomers need to be removed, resulting in longer production cycles and higher costs. These factors limit the preparation of these methods. Embodiment 1

[0017] The present embodiment provides a kind of preparation method of polymer hydrogel, specifically as follows:

[0018] (1) At 90°C, add 5g of polyvinyl alcohol (the degree of alcoholysis is 99%, the viscosity at 25°C is 66-75cps, the number average molecular weight is 79200) into 100ml of deionized water, stir for 2 hours, and the polyethylene Alcohol is completely dissolved, and it is set aside after cooling.

[0019] (2) Dissolve 5g chitosan in 100ml aqueous solution containing 1% (volume ratio) acetic acid;

[0020] (3) Take 5ml of the polyvinyl alcohol aqueous solution obtained in step (1) and the solution obtained in step (2), mix them thoroughly, then add 0.5g of ammonium persulfate, mix well, and finally heat the solution to 50°C and react for 48 hours. That is, the polymer hydrogel is obtained. The polymer hydrogel is insoluble in water and can only swell in water, with a water absorption rate of 62%.

[0022] The present embodiment provides a kind of preparation method of polymer hydrogel, specifically as follows:

[0023] (1) At 90°C, add 10g of polyvinyl alcohol (the degree of alcoholysis is 99%, the viscosity at 25°C is 66-75cps, and the number average molecular weight is 79200) into 100ml of deionized water, stir for 2 hours, and wait for the polyethylene Alcohol is completely dissolved, and it is set aside after cooling.

[0024] (2) Dissolve 5g chitosan in 100ml aqueous solution containing 1% (volume ratio) acetic acid;

[0025] (3) Take 5ml of the polyvinyl alcohol aqueous solution obtained in step (1) and the solution obtained in step (2), mix them thoroughly, then add 0.5g of ammonium persulfate, mix well, and finally heat the solution to 50°C and react for 48 hours. That is, the polymer hydrogel is obtained. The polymer hydrogel is insoluble in water and can only swell in water, and the measured water absorption rate is 48%.

Embodiment 3

[0027] The present embodiment provides a kind of preparation method of polymer hydrogel, specifically as follows:

[0028] (1) At 90°C, add 10g of polyvinyl alcohol (the degree of alcoholysis is 99%, the viscosity at 25°C is 66-75cps, and the number average molecular weight is 79200) into 100ml of deionized water, stir for 2 hours, and wait for the polyethylene Alcohol is completely dissolved, and it is set aside after cooling.

[0029] (2) Dissolve 5g chitosan in 100ml aqueous solution containing 2% (volume ratio) acetic acid;

[0030] (3) Take 5ml of the polyvinyl alcohol aqueous solution obtained in step (1) and the solution obtained in step (2), mix them thoroughly, then add 0.5g of ammonium persulfate, mix well, and finally heat the solution to 50°C and react for 48 hours. That is to obtain the polymer hydrogel, which is insoluble in water and can only swell in water, and the measured water absorption rate is 44%.

Abstract

The invention relates to a preparation method of macromolecule hydro-gel. The preparation method comprises the following step of: reacting polyvinyl alcohol with an alcoholysis degree of 90-99% and a number-average molar mass in a range from 20,000 to 200,000 with chitosan in de-ionized water in the presence of acetic acid and a peroxide initiator for 12-60 hours at a temperature of 20-60 DEG C, so as to obtain the macromolecule hydro-gel, wherein a feeding weight ratio of the polyvinyl alcohol to the chitosan to the acetic acid to the peroxide initiator is 1:(0.3-1.5):(0.05-0.5):(0.005-0.05). The macromolecule hydro-gel provided by the invention innovatively uses the two special linear macromolecules, namely the polyvinyl alcohol and the chitosan, so that the polyvinyl alcohol and the chitosan can be chemically cross-linked under a less amount of the acetic acid. The preparation method provided by the invention has no need of excessive reaction equipment, and no problem of removing non-reacted monomers exists, so as to greatly reduce a period from the development and the application of a material. The preparation method has important meanings on the aspects of developing a traumacare product and a drug slow release carrier.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a preparation method of polymer hydrogel. Background technique [0002] The use of polymer-based hydrogels began in the 1960s when Wichterle and Lim first used cross-linked polymethyl chitosan glycol ester to make contact lenses. Since then, hydrogels have been widely used in the field of biomedicine. Compared with other materials, polymer hydrogels have advantages similar to those of human tissue, such as higher water content, flexibility, and low toxicity. Moreover, the surface tension of hydrogel is relatively low, and it basically does not adsorb proteins from body fluids, so its impact on the human body is greatly reduced. In addition, small molecules can freely diffuse into and out of hydrogels, making hydrogels ideal carriers for sustained drug release. Hydrogels are also widely used in the field of artificial organs, such as artificial corneas, artificial muscles, and artificial skin. [0003] However, due to the hi...
