A powdery metallurgical grindstone disc can be replaced by the method of extruding a diamond by using an alloy cast iron disc, thus achieving an aim of grinding the diamond. After heat treatment, the surface of the alloy cast iron disc developed by the invention can reach 56-60 HRC; a production process is simple; and the production cost is low.
