Abstract

The invention provides a card edge connector. The card edge connector comprises a longitudinal insulation body, a plurality of conductive terminals fixed on the insulation body and metal fastening members which are fixed at two sides of the insulation body, wherein each of the metal fastening members comprises a fixing portion, a base portion, an elastic arm and a horizontal arm, the fixing portion is fixed on the insulation body, the base portion extends from the fixing portion, the elastic arm inclines and extends forwards from the front end of the base portion, the horizontal arm is bent from the lower end of the base portion and extends forwards horizontally, and the elastic arm is provided with a pressing body which is used for pressing a sub-circuit board. Each of the metal fastening members is also provided with a limiting body which is bent and extends from the horizontal arm. The limiting body comprises a first limiting portion and a second limiting portion, the first limiting portion is bent and extends upwards from one side of the horizontal arm and the second limiting portion is bent and extends from the top of the first limiting portion to the elastic arm. The second limiting portion is provided with a limiting groove which extends along a longitudinal direction of the insulation body.
