Abstract

The invention discloses a multi-sorting-area structure for cell sorting and a use method of the multi-sorting-area structure, belonging to the field of microfluidic chips. The multi-sorting-area structure consists of an external interface layer, a PDMS (polydimethylsiloxane) thin film layer and a substrate layer which are bonded together, wherein the external interface layer comprises cell sap interfaces at two ends and N groups of ventilation interfaces in the middle; the PDMS thin film is provided with N air chambers which are formed by sinking inwards; the substrate layer is provided with (N+1) groups of cell sorting areas, and each cell sorting area is provided with a sorting hole of which the diameter is di (i=1,2,...,N+1); and adjacent sorting areas are communicated by N miniature pipelines.
