Abstract

The method comprises the following steps of: pre-obtaining a corresponding relationship between a position coordinate in an image shot by a camera device and a position coordinate of a real area to be measured through calibration; shooting process images of moving of a target object in the real area to be measured; extracting a start frame and an end frame of moving of the target object from the shot process images; and obtaining the position coordinate of the target object in the start frame and the end frame, respectively calculating the position coordinates of the corresponding real areas to be measured based on the obtained corresponding relationship based on the calibration, and calculating the moving distance based on the position coordinates of the both real areas to be measured. According to the method and the system, the automation measurement for distance based on a vision technology is realized. The operation is simple, and the accuracy of a measuring result is high.
