The invention discloses a method for measuring the flying height of a standing long jump based on machine vision. The method comprises the following steps: 1, acquiring a standing long jump sample video by a camera, and obtaining human body key points of the standing long jump by using an OpenPose detection model; 2, constructing a trunk attitude vector according to the key points; 3, judging a take-off frame and a landing frame by using the human body trunk posture vector; 4, adopting different methods to measure the height according to the frame leakage condition at the highest position of the detection video; 5, adopting an OpenPose height direct measurement method for the frame leakage condition of the non-highest position; and 6, performing least square fitting of a quadratic function on a position point obtained through OpenPose according to the highest frame leakage condition, and performing reverse calculation of the flying height. According to the invention, the measurement of the vertical long jump height is realized by using machine vision, the cost of equipment and instruments is reduced, the method is not influenced by external factors such as weather and background, and the method has good robustness and detection accuracy.
