Method of manufacturing a light guiding panel and an apparatus for the same, and a particle blasting apparatus for manufacturing the light guiding panel

Disclosed are a method of manufacturing a light guiding panel by means of carving fine engravings on a surface of a transparent substrate by plasting fine particles and an apparatus for the same. A distributed degree of the engravings gradually increases as they become far away from a light source position. In a first method, fine particles are mixed with a high-speed air and then the air-mixed fine particles are diffusively blasted through one or more blasting nozzles so that the fine particles can collide with a surface of a transparent substrate slantly. In a second method, the air-mixed fine particles are diffusively blasted through a plurality of aligned blasting nozzles so that the fine particles can perpendicularly collide with the entire width of a transparent substrate, while appropriately adjusting intervals of the blasting nozzles and/or the amount of blasting as well as swing the blasting nozzles. In a third method, fine particles are mixed with an air generated by a high-speed rotating blower and then the air-mixed fine particles are blasted through a flat funnel-shaped blasting pipe having an outlet of which the width is not narrower than that of the transparent substrate to perpendicularly collide with a transparent substrate. The cross-sectional shape of the outlet of the blasting pipe can be varied by a user's control. The blasting amount of the fine particles is constantly maintained with respect to time by means of a free fall feeding manner of the fine particles. The light guiding panel which has been so manufactured does not need a diffusion sheet and has a good brightness uniformity and a good light effectiveness.

The absolute gravity measuring system comprises a free-falling body device, a laser interference measuring device and a vibration isolation platform, wherein the free-falling body device is used for realizing free-falling motion of a falling object; the laser interference measuring device is used for measuring displacement generated during the free-falling motion of the falling object, and can realize accurate calibration of a measuring beam in a vertical direction by adopting a simplified structure; and the vibration isolation platform is arranged between the laser interference measuring device and the ground and is used for isolating influence of ground vibration on measurement. The absolute gravity measuring system has the beneficial effects that free-falling motion of the falling object is realized by adopting an elastic falling member suspension method, vibration influence of a motor drive system on the free-falling body device is reduced, and the accuracy of the gravity measuring result is improved; meanwhile, the zero crossing point (ZCP) feature of an interference fringe signal is computed by computer software so as to eliminate possible measurement deviation caused by a hardware circuit.

A dual function, inboard barrier / bridgeplate assembly for wheelchair lifts having a stowable platform, the barrier being pivotably secured to the inboard end of the lift platform, which barrier is actuated by a link to variously raise the barrier' to a safety position and lower it to a bridging position in accordance with the position of the platform. The dual function barrier / bridgeplate system is particularly useful in combination with a parallelogram type lift employing an articulated lever assembly having a sliding block for leveraging the platform from a horizontal transfer orientation to a vertical, or over-vertical stowage position. There is disclosed a barrier assembly in which a spring assist system comprising a gas spring acting on one member of the articulated lever assembly and a lever arm linking a second arm of the articulated lever assembly to the barrier co-operate to actuate the barrier from a raised position when the platform is away from the transfer level and a lowered position to act as a bridge plate at the transfer level. A telescoping push arm is included which actuates the barrier by means of a pivoted link which rotates the barrier in response to the telescoping motion of the push arm. A safety interlock and load detecting system may be employed to prevent the platform from moving to the stowed position when a load greater than a predetermined weight is on the platform. An anti-free fall mechanism is disclosed comprising a pin in the slide block which engages mating slots in the telescoping push arm members to lock their length during the initial stage of deploy of the platform downwardly from the vertical stowed position.

The preparation method solves the problems of long production cycle, low production efficiency, high energy consumption and the like when tungsten carbide based composite spherical thermal spraying powder is prepared by a traditional method, is simple in technological process, capable of achieving continuous production, energy-saving and environment-friendly and can be widely applied to the fields of aerospace, machine manufacturing, petrochemical engineering and the like, and the obtained powder is uniform in component, high in sphericity degree and good in fluidity.
