A raised etching tank (2) is nested into the rectangular bottom tank (1). A water homogenizing plate (12) is disposed on a frame (11) and is provided with evenly distributed holes. A bottom plate of the etching tank is provided with a bottom etchant inlet which is communicated with one end of a lower etchant feeding pipe (9). The other end of the lower etchant feeding pipe (9) is communicated with a master feeding pipe (10). A charging roll (7), roller sets (13) and a discharging roll (8), which are used for conveying thin-film glass substrates, are sequentially disposed from left to right above the water homogenizing plate (12). Etchant spray pipes are disposed above the roller sets (13). Dynamic drain pipes (27) are disposed at the bottom of the rectangular bottom tank (1).
