The method includes the following steps of step one, obtaining OCT scanning signal data at the position of eye tear meniscus; step two, analyzing the scanning signal data obtained from the step one, and judging whether a false image signal exists or not; and step three, calculating the scanning signal data obtained from the step one according to a judgment result of the step two, and outputting an OCT test result. According to the OCT test data analysis method and the device thereof, an interference of the false image signal to an OCT test data analysis process is considered during a calculation process, firstly a scanning signal is judged so as to determine whether the false image signal exists or not, and an analysis result of the false image signal is considered during the calculation process or when the result is output.
