Abstract

The invention provides an unattended intelligent combined sample making device of a heat power plant, and a method thereof. The device comprises a central control unit, a primary fragmentation division packaging system used for preparing 6mm samples for later use and providing 6mm raw materials for a secondary fragmentation division packaging system, the secondary fragmentation division packaging system used for preparing 2mm full-water samples, and a tertiary fragmentation division packaging system used for preparing 0.2mm test samples. The device and the method in the embodiment of the invention enable processes from sampling to packaging to be mechanically and fully-automatically realized, so anthropic interference factors are reduced. In the embodiment of the invention, work which cannot be completed by manipulators can be completed, and residual samples can be effectively removed to restore essences of the samples, so sample data are pure and scientific.
