AI Technical Summary

Benefits of technology

This new method uses both cements and chemistry for creation of strong structures called grouts. It allows control over how well these materials harden during construction without adding extra substances like water or sand. Additionally, this technique can be used with different types of equipment such as mixers, pumps, tanks, pipes, etc., which helps reduce costs while ensuring consistently good quality concrete products.

Problems solved by technology

The problem addressed during this patented process relates to improving strength and prevention against seeping damage caused from severe weather on structures like main hydroelectric power plants (MHP). Traditional methods involve filling concrete with an epoxy resin that can be challenged due to small particles sizes and long curative times. This method also requires expensive equipment and complicated treatments depending upon environmental variables involved. Therefore there needs improvement over these existing ways to improve durability and reduce costs associated with structural maintenance workings.

Abstract

The invention discloses a composite grouting reinforcement anti-seepage treatment technology. The composite grouting reinforcement anti-seepage treatment technology comprises the steps as follows: drilling, washing the drilled holes, carrying out water pressure test, carrying out cement grouting, carrying out non-grouting section isolation, draining, carrying out chemical grouting, carrying out mortar closing, displacing and sealing the holes. When the water permeable rate before grouting is more than 11 mu, the wet levigated cement grouting process is carried out; when the water permeable rate before grouting is less than 11 mu, the chemical grouting process is carried out; or, when the water permeable rate before grouting is more than 1 L mu, the wet levigated cement grouting process is ended, the chemical grouting process is carried out after the hole cleaning process is finished, and a dual-component epoxy resin grouting material is adopted in the chemical grouting process. According to the composite grouting reinforcement anti-seepage treatment technology, the grouting process is controlled and the grouting technology is improved by cement and chemical compound grouting combination, in particular the mortar maintaining operation time and the grouting material temperature are controlled to obtain high permeability, the design requirement in the practical use of engineering is met, the technical requirements of economy, quickness, reliability and stability are satisfied, and meanwhile, the solidifying time of later mortar is greatly shortened. The design requirement of mechanical property index can be met in 28 days after compound grouting by the technology.
