The invention discloses a safe getting-off controlling method and a system, wherein the method comprises the steps of starting a safe getting-off alarm mode after stopping a car; detecting moving situations of articles around the car by a radar and transmitting the moving situations of the articles to a car-mounted computer in forms of corresponding monitor signals; analyzing and processing the monitor signals which are sent by the radar by the car-mounted computer; calculating distances that the moving speeds of the moving articles and the moving articles keep with the car; controlling unlocking state of a car door lock and lighting state of a caution light in accordance with a driving state; and meanwhile, displaying a simulation icon of the car door as well as a corresponding color on the car-mounted computer. The safe getting-off controlling method detects the moving situations of the articles around the car by a radar, transmits the monitor signals to the car-mounted computer to process and calculate the signals and controls the states of the caution light and the car door lock in accordance with the driving state, not only the effect of warning before getting off is achieved, but also the road conditions around the car can be monitored, thereby guaranteeing life security.
