A wireless network and a camera are adopted to realize the whole-process monitoring to the transportation of dangerous goods; a vehicle-mounted center console which has monitoring and gateway functions is installed inside a drive cab of a transport vehicle; the camera for monitoring, and a sensor and an electronic lead seal which are used for detecting the state of the dangerous goods are installed on the transport vehicle; and the vehicle-mounted center console, the camera, the sensor and the RFID (radio frequency identification device) electronic lead seal are formed as the wireless network so as to monitor the state of the dangerous goods in real time. According to the method, various common wireless techniques are adopted, various environment data, the lead seal and the position of the dangerous goods vehicle during the transportation process can be monitored comprehensively, and meanwhile, real-time image information can be obtained through a video monitoring system; and with the adoption of the method, the dynamic tracking management of the dangerous goods is promoted to develop towards a safe, reliable and low-cost direction.
