Embodiment Construction

[0031] In order to make the object, technical solution and advantages of the present invention clearer, the present invention will be described in further detail below in conjunction with specific embodiments and with reference to the accompanying drawings.

[0032] In actual RFID applications, the performance of the RFID system greatly depends on the deployment of the reader antenna. Therefore, it is of great significance to optimize the antenna deployment of the RFID system, maximize the performance of the RFID system, and improve the tag recognition rate.

[0033]The present invention proposes a multi-antenna deployment method for a door-shaped RFID system based on intelligent prediction. The RFID system prediction model is learned through an iterative support vector machine algorithm, and a model with as high generalization and prediction capabilities as possible is obtained by training with as little RFID data as possible. Based on the prediction model, using optimization ...

Abstract

The invention discloses a door-type RFID multi-antenna deployment system and a method based on intelligent prediction. The system comprises a door structure, a reader antenna, a reader, a tag to be identified, a database for storing RFID data, and a computer for controlling automatic RFID data acquisition and achieving model training. The method includes firstly performing modeling on an RFID system by using a support vector machine and a few training samples and through iterative on-line training so as to obtain an RFID system prediction model with the model generalization ability and the prediction accuracy satisfying user requirements; and selecting the optimal deployment position and direction of RFID multiple antennas by using the prediction model obtained through learning and through a genetic algorithm so as to obtain the best deployment effect of the multi-antenna RFID system in the shortest period. According to the system and the method, the model with high generalization and prediction abilities is obtained by using few RFID data training samples, therefore time and labor for mass acquisition of real RFID data are saved, and time for recognizing multi-antenna deployment positions and directions of tags to be recognized is obtained.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to the field of RFID technology, in particular to a door-shaped RFID multi-antenna deployment system and method based on intelligent prediction that can quickly obtain the most tags to be identified. Background technique [0002] RFID (Radio Frequency Identification, Radio Frequency Identification) is a non-contact automatic identification technology that automatically identifies the target object and obtains relevant data through radio frequency signals. The identification work does not require manual intervention and can work in harsh environments. Due to its advantages of uniquely identifying a single object and identifying multiple objects at a time, RFID is widely used in logistics management, production management, inventory management, object tracking, backtracking and other fields. [0003] The door-shaped RFID system is a widely used RFID system. It simulates the structure of a real door. In practical applications...
