Abstract

The composite coating adhesive consists of the following components in percentage by weight: 0.5 percent of dispersing agent, 0.5 percent to 1.0 percent of coupling agent, 3 percent to 5 percent of sulfoacid-doped polyaniline, 0.5 percent to 2 percent of tourmaline powder, 5 percent to 6 percent of micro / nano metal oxide powder, 80 to 90 percent of acrylate emulsion and 0.25 percent to 0.5 percent of thickener. The preparation comprises the following steps of: after adding the dispersing agent, the coupling agent, the sulfoacid-doped polyaniline, the tourmaline powder and the micro / nano metal oxide powder with stirring, dispersing the raw materials at a hight speed; after grinding, forming slurry; then adding the acrylate emulsion and the thickener; and stirring and uniformly mixing to obtain the coating adhesive.
