Abstract

The present invention relates to a pleurotus tuber-regium polysaccharide functionalized nanometer selenium hydrosol having anti-tumor activity, a preparation method, applications and a storage method thereof. The preparation method comprises: S1) at a room temperature under normal pressure, adding a vitamin C solution to a pleurotus tuber-regium polysaccharide aqueous solution, and uniformly mixing; S2) adding a selenium dioxide solution or a selenite solution to the obtained solution in the step S1 in a dropwise manner, and uniformly mixing during adding in the dropwise manner; and S3) adding water to the obtained solution in the step S2 and carrying out volume metering until the red color in the product does not darken to obtain the pleurotus tuber-regium polysaccharide functionalized nanometer selenium hydrosol.
