The invention discloses a cultivation and planting method of
selenium-enriched rice. The method includes the following steps that firstly, an
inorganic selenium salt solution is prepared, wherein water and
sodium selenite are weighed, the
sodium selenite is fully dissolved in the water, and a
sodium selenite
diluent is obtained; secondly, a
polysaccharide selenate substance rich in organic
selenium is prepared, wherein seaweed in the sea serves as a carrier, the sodium selenite
diluent is adsorbed by the seaweed, and by means of biological conversion of
red algae, a
polysaccharide substance in the seaweed and the sodium selenite are grafted into the
polysaccharide selenate substance; thirdly, the polysaccharide
selenate substance in the seaweed is purified, and the purified polysaccharide selenate substance is prepared into a polysaccharide selenate solution; fourthly, the prepared polysaccharide selenate solution is sprayed from the flowering stage of the rice to the filling stage. By means of the biological integration technology, the conversion rate of organic
selenium in plants can be greatly increased; meanwhile, organic selenium polysaccharides in an organic selenium
system are basically non-toxic organic selenium products, and the
human body can not be harmed even after excessive eating.
