By the aid of the resource allocation method of the cloud computing system, the cloud computing data center balancing method is modified, the mutual effect of a physical server and a virtual server are considered completely, different parameters are set respectively, hierarchical integrated computation is conducted and the stability of the cloud computing data center balancing effect is guaranteed.
