The method comprises the upper computer and the lower computer, wherein a lower computer user datagram protocol (UDP) broadcasts data information containing a specific identifier, the upper computer receives and analyzes the information, the upper computer obtains an Internet protocol (IP) address of the lower computer, which is contained in the information, the upper computer replies to the lower computer with UDP information containing the specific identifier, the lower computer receives and analyzes the reply information coming from the upper computer, the lower computer obtains an IP address of the upper computer, and then the transmission control protocol (TCP) connection is established between the lower computer and the upper computer. By the aid of the method, automatic connection can be achieved on the condition that the address of the upper computer and the address of the lower computer are not known by each other, manual setting is not required, simultaneously, the UDP is used for broadcasting and replying the data information containing the identifying character, the IP address of the other side can be analyzed and obtained through the identifying character, the UDP information is simple, the connection speed is fast, the efficiency is high, and the stability and the safety are high.
