Abstract

The invention discloses a fault diagnosis device and a diagnosis method for a high-speed train braking system in the technical field of train operation control. The method includes acquiring and processing signals of operation states of the high-speed train braking system in real time; then obtaining diagnosis results of the operation states and sending the results to a ground subsystem; and the ground subsystem performing sort management and obtaining comprehensive diagnosis results for decision of maintenance policies. The system comprises a vehicle-mounted subsystem and a ground subsystem, wherein the vehicle-mounted subsystem comprises a sensor, an information pre-processing unit, a self diagnosis unit, a train communication network (TCN), a vehicle-mounted wireless transmission platform and a vehicle-mounted industrial Ethernet; and the ground subsystem comprises a ground wireless data access layer, a ground center analysis layer and a ground center comprehensive maintenance management decision-making layer. The fault diagnosis device and the diagnosis method can diagnose faults of the train braking system efficiently, rapidly and accurately, and a safeguard mechanism is provided for reliable operation of high-speed trains.
