The rapeseed protein disclosed by the invention has the advantages of no addition of any organic solvent and acid-base fluid, mild reaction condition, simple process, easiness in operation, lower production cost, no pollution to environment, stable quality of the obtained rapeseed protein and easiness in industrialization.
