Abstract

The application discloses an outboard engine testing rack which comprises a sealing water inflow device, a ground manipulator fixed device, an electric eddy current dynamometer, a torsion sensor, a rapid butt-joint device and a main controller. The sealing flooding water device is fixed at a water inflow channel of a reducer of the outboard engine, a water inlet of the sealing flooding water device is directly connected with a tap water interface and the tap water is served as cooling water. The outboard engine testing rack achieves that a propeller shaft and the shaft of the electric eddy current dynamometer are butt joint through the ground manipulator fixed device and the rapid butt-joint device, which is easy in operation and convenient in detachment. Moreover, the outboard engine testing rack collects measured data and calculates to obtain the output power of the outboard engine propeller shaft through the load characteristic of the main controller controls a motor of the outboard engine. The outboard engine testing rack is simple in structure and easy in operation and can visually display the testing results.
