The two magnets are respectively located at the left highest point and the right highest point of the swinging radian of the hollow pendulum bob to absorb the hollow pendulum bob to increase upward swinging force and obtain larger kinetic energy accordingly. The kinetic energy capturing device is located at the upper end of the oscillating bar which is utilized to be connected with the whole pendulum device to capture the kinetic energy produced by the pendulum device.
