The welding wire produces the rotating arc along with the revolution of the conducting pole 6 and the conducting nozzle 14. A soft wire cable 12 is connected with the loading welding power supply of the soft wire cable. The wearing components of the invention are all standard parts; thereby the implementation cost is low and the welding torch has long service life; using the soft conducting wire connection is convenient and reliable; when in operation, the welding torch can not be affected by the external disturbances.
