Abstract

The invention discloses a hydraulic pressure loading device characterized by axial and radial force. The device comprises a coupling, a thrust bearing, a thrust bearing seat, a hydraulic cylinder and a movable seat of the hydraulic cylinder. The bottom portion of the thrust bearing is provided with a thrust bearing seat and the top portion of the thrust bearing is connected with the coupling. The hydraulic pressure loading device further comprises a testing process shaft, a tested-piece output shaft, a rotation seat and a pivoting support. The rotation seat is connected with the pivoting support and the rotation seat and the pivoting supporting are installed on the plane which is vertical to the tested-piece output shaft. The tested-piece output shaft is connected with the testing process shaft, wherein the testing process shaft is connected with the thrust bearing seat. The rotation seat is provided fixedly with the movable seat of the hydraulic cylinder, and the supported hydraulic cylinder. The top portion of the hydraulic cylinder is provided with a thrust sensor which is thrust by the thrust bearing. The tilt angle of the loading hydraulic cylinder can be adjusted by the installation of loading with a two-hydraulic-cylinder. Meanwhile, a loading seat is installed on the rotation seat and the loading direction can be adjusted in the direction of 360 degrees.
