The check matrix construction method of the LDPC comprises the following steps: obtaining a first encryption calibration parameter hi, j, 0, a second encryption calibration parameter hi, j, 1 and a third encryption calibration parameter hi, j, 2; establishing an encryption parameter hi, j of the LDPC; taking the encryption parameter hi, j of the LDPC as a substitution parameter of a submatrix P (hi, j) of an encryption matrix P; establishing the submatrix P (hi, j) of the encryption matrix P; and obtaining structured invertible matrix D of the LDPC and establishing a check matrix Hm of the LDPC by combining the encryption matrix P. Due to the fact that the substitution parameter hi, j of the submatrix P (hi, j) structuring the encryption matrix P has encryption performance, so that the finally-established check matrix Hm of the LDPC also has the encryption performance.
