Embodiment l

[0025] Example l Weigh the ingredients according to the following raw material quality: 1.5g carboxymethyl chitosan, 1.8g stearic acid, 0.4g glycerol monostearate, 0.15g potassium carbonate, 0.05g triethanolamine, 1.7g glycerol, Paeonol 3g, purified water 91.4g. The preparation method is: take a matrix made of stearic acid, potassium carbonate, glycerol monostearate, triethanolamine, glycerol, and partially purified water, and heat; then add paeonol and stir evenly to obtain an ointment ; Add the carboxymethyl chitosan to the remaining purified water, stir to dissolve it, and then add it to the ointment; finally, stir slowly to make a gel to obtain the finished product.

Embodiment 2

[0026] Example 2 Weigh the ingredients according to the following raw materials: 3.5g carboxymethyl chitosan, 8g stearic acid, 3g glycerol monostearate, 1.5g potassium carbonate, 0.5g triethanolamine, 17g glycerol, paeonol 4.5g, 62g purified water. The preparation method is the same as in Example 1, and a gel product for skin diseases is obtained.

Embodiment 3

[0027] Example 3 Weigh the ingredients according to the following raw materials: 5g carboxymethyl chitosan, 10g stearic acid, 5g glycerol monostearate, 4g potassium carbonate, 1.3g triethanolamine, 25g glycerol, 12g paeonol, Purified water 37.7g. The preparation method is the same as in Example 1, and a gel product for skin diseases is obtained.

Abstract

The invention discloses a gel used for skin diseases and a preparation method of the gel. The gel is prepared from carboxymethyl chitosan as a main active ingredient. The gel is prepared from the following raw materials: carboxymethyl chitosan, stearic acid, glycerol monostearate ester, potassium carbonate, triethanolamine, glycerol, paeonol and purified water. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: (1) weighing the materials; (2) taking a matrix prepared from stearic acid, potassium carbonate, glycerol monostearate ester, triethanolamine, glycerol and purified water and heating; (3) adding paeonol, stirring uniformly, thus obtaining an ointment; (4) adding carboxymethyl chitosan to purified water, stirring to be dissolved, then adding to the ointment; and (5) stirring slowly to form the gel and obtaining a product. The gel disclosed by the invention has bactericidal, anti-inflammatory, itching-stopping, scarring-reducing, skin-moistening and skincare effects, and the advantages of good stability, excellent bactericidal effect and convenience in using, and is applicable to the skin diseases of acne vulgaris, skin eczema, photosensitivity dermatitis and the like.

Description

Technical field [0001] The invention involves medical dressings and specially involves dressings containing chitosan derivatives. Specifically, gels for skin diseases are involved. Background technique [0002] Chitosan (Chitosan) is the only positive chain polysaccharide with positive chain polysaccharides in nature. It has functions such as antibacterial, anti-tumor, enhanced immunity, and has good biocompatibility, without irritating, non-toxic side effects.Nh 2 The existence of chitosan has a certain bacteriostatic function, but the bacteriostatic performance is limited, and it is affected by the conditions such as the amount of polycose molecular weight and acetylness. After the penetration of the chitosaccharides, it can significantly improve its bacteriostatic properties after the pendant season. As a natural clustering ion, shell glycogen is likely to accumulate at the wall of the cells, preventing nutrients from entering the cell through the cell wall to cause cell failure...
