Abstract

The invention discloses a server rack system and a delayed start-up method of the server rack system. The server rack system comprises a network switch, an integrated management module, a plurality of fan units and a plurality of servers. Each fan unit is provided with a management network port so as to be connected with the network switch. Each server is connected with the network switch through a management network port of a baseboard management controller of the each server. All servers are divided into a plurality of server groups. The plurality of server groups correspond to the fan units in a one-to-one mode. The integrated management module reads a delayed strategy list to obtain various delay times corresponding to server groups. The baseboard management controllers of the servers are accessed through the network switch. The server groups are started up in a non-synchronous mode according to the delayed times corresponding to the server groups. The fan units of the server groups are respectively controlled to operate.
