According to the device of obtaining the HTTP user behavior track, an identification extraction module identifies an HTTP request message, extracts uniform resource locator (URL) information and Referer information in the HTTP request message, and stores the URL information and the Referer information into an association table. An analysis module generates a directed graph according to a directing relationship recorded in the association table, filters an HTTP request which is automatically built by a browser according to the directed graph, forms an HTTP user behavior track graph, and outputs the HTTP user behavior track graph to an output module. The output module outputs the HTTP user behavior track graph. Meanwhile, the invention further discloses a method of obtaining the HTTP user behavior track. The device and the method of obtaining the HTTP user behavior track are capable of reducing occupation of computing resources and storage resources of network equipment, and reducing influence on network transmission.
