Abstract

The invention provides an intelligent moving target tracking device and a corresponding method which are applied to video image processing equipment. The device comprises a task scheduling unit and a tracking processing unit, wherein the task scheduling unit is used for receiving a wire mixing event notice and searching a forecast wire mixing list to acquire the corresponding tracking task and update the forecast wire mixing list according to the wire mixing event type and the wire mixing identification carried in the notice; and the tracking processing unit is used for updating a camera where a moving target in the wire mixing entrance event enters to be the current camera of the corresponding tracking task and displaying the video image of the current camera under the selected tracking task to a user. In the invention, the automatic tracking of the moving target is realized in advance by analyzing a wire mixing event, so that the use experience of the user is greatly improved, and especially when the moving target is tracked in a monitoring region covered by multiple cameras, the user can realize the tracking and backtracking of the moving target almost without needing manual intervention.
