The high-rise fire disaster intelligent positioning and voice alarming device comprises a wireless sensor network based on ZigBee, a fire disaster detector and voice single chip machines, wherein the wireless sensor network comprises a coordinator, a monitoring center and a plurality of routers and terminal devices. ZigBee protocols are adopted to conduct wireless communications between the coordinator and the routers, and between the routers and the terminal equipments. A general packet radio service (GPRS) is adopted to conduct wire communications between the coordinator and the monitoring center. Each terminal device is connected with the fire disaster detector and the voice single chip machines, and when the fire disaster detector adjusts that a fire disaster happens, a terminal device, in a dormant state, of a floor is awoken, and sends an identification of the floor where the fire disaster happens to terminal devices of other floors through the wireless sensor network, and voice single chip machines of each floor automatically start and broadcast the specific floor where the fire disaster happens and escape matters needing attention in first time to gain precious time for people inside a building and reduce casualties in the fire disaster. The high-rise fire disaster intelligent positioning and voice alarming device can be widely used for a fire disaster alarming device in high-rise housings, office buildings, hotels and restaurants.
