Abstract

The invention discloses a method for preparing a novel foaming thermoplastic polyurethane (F-TPU) elastomer material. The material is a microporous polyurethane foaming material produced by a polymer polymerization reaction of a polyester polyol and isocyanate under the action of a catalyst and various additives. The method comprises the following steps: introducing a component A respectively through a measuring tank into a feed end of a first single screw extruder for a prepolymerization reaction, wherein the component A comprises the polyester polyol, a crosslinking agent and isocyanate; adding a component B to a discharge end of the first single screw extruder and introducing the component B and the component A after reaction into a feed end of a second screw extruder; and performing a polymerization reaction for the component A and the component B under the extruding of the second screw extruder, and extruding the material from a discharge end of the second screw extruder after reacting sufficiently.
