Embodiment Construction

[0045] The present invention proposes a method and a system for detecting anomalies to be resolved in an aircraft, typically an aircraft during the manufacturing phase, ie when tests and experiments are carried out on the aircraft.

[0046] In fact, several tests are carried out before delivery of the aircraft, especially while the engines are running on the ground and during flight. During these trials, various measurements and / or tests are carried out on the onboard systems.

[0047] figure 1 An aircraft 1 is schematically shown comprising a multitude of onboard systems 10 , for example mechanical, electrical or hydraulic systems (such as pumps, computers, gauges, autopilot, cabin equipment, etc.). Modern aircraft have several thousand of these onboard systems usually connected to the aircraft's Ethernet-AFDX type (ie Avionics Full Duplex, Avionics Full Duplex) conventional network 12 .

[0048] Many of these onboard systems are configured to transmit internal anomaly or “...

Abstract

The invention relates to the field of aviation, specifically to a method and a system for detecting anomalies to be solved in an aircraft (1). The method involves obtaining a set of error signals (PFR) emitted by a computer (10) onboard the aircraft (1) during a phase of operation of the aircraft. The set of error signals is compared (405) to at least one database (DB1-DB4) referencing a predefined set of false anomalies. A report (REP) identifying abnormalities to be resolved among all error signals is generated (410) from the result of the comparison. The generated report allows the intervention time of maintenance personnel to be reduced after the phase of operation, e.g. after a test procedure.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to the field of aviation, and more particularly to methods and systems for detecting anomalies in aircraft to be resolved. Background technique [0002] Aircraft typically have a central monitoring and maintenance system that allows auxiliary maintenance personnel to determine anomalies in the aircraft. [0003] A central system or CMS (i.e. Centralized Maintenance System) is connected to multiple onboard systems or computers that monitor themselves and / or monitor other onboard systems, and thus may generate abnormal, irregular nature or "glitch". [0004] Based on the numerous anomaly signals sent by these onboard and acquisition computers, the CMS generates a report (or PFR, Post Flight Report) for each flight listing the numerous acquired anomalies. In new aircrafts, the report is electronically stored in the aircraft, usually in XML file format (Extensible Markup Language, Extensible Markup Language). The maintainer...
