Materials and methods are provided for producing patterned multi-array, multi-specific surfaces which are electronically excited for use in electrochemiluminescence based tests. Materials and methods are provided for the chemical and/or physical control of conducting domains and reagent deposition for use in flat panel displays and multiply specific testing procedures.

A method is disclosed for configuring a data storage device. The data storage device receives a configuration code, and in response to the configuration code selects a configuration data record set from a plurality of configuration data record sets. The data storage device is configured in response to the selected configuration data record set. For example, the data storage device may be configured into a manufacturing test procedure mode, and then into a customer specific operating mode. In another embodiment, a hardware configuration of the data storage device is identified, and the configuration code selected based on the identified hardware configuration.

Haplotype data associated with this candidate SNP combination are read for a plurality of individuals and grouped into a positive-responding group and a negative-responding group based on whether a predetermined trait criteria for an individual is met. A statistical analysis on the grouped haplotype data is performed to obtain a statistical measurement. The acts of selecting, reading, grouping, and performing are repeated as necessary to identity the candidate SNP combination having the optimal statistical measurement. In one approach, a directed search based on results of previous statistical analysis of SNP combinations is performed until the optimal statistical measurement is obtained. In addition, the number of SNP combinations selected and analyzed may be reduced based on a simultaneous testing procedure.

A method, apparatus, article of manufacture, and a memory structure for generating a test code for an automatic procedure is disclosed. The method comprises the steps of defining a source file having a plurality of tags associated with a member of a library of executable code objects defining a set of instructions for performing a portion of the automatic test procedure, generating a test plan in a conventional language from the source file, and generating an automated test code for the automated test procedure from the source file. In one embodiment, a test index identifying system elements tested by the test code is generated and incorporated into the test plan, allowing the user to verify that all desired system elements are exercised by the automated test code. The combined write window and retention test procedure involves controlling time intervals during which wordlines are activated and deactivated and bitlines are grounded or connected to a bitline high voltage such that the wordlines are activated while bitlines are either grounded or at the bitline high voltage. During a first time interval after the wordlines are activated a first value (e.g., 0 V) is written to storage cells associated with the activated wordlines. During a second time interval after a second activation of the wordlines, a second value (a non-zero logic “1” V) is written to storage cells associated with activated wordlines. The second time interval has a duration that establishes write window test conditions. After expiration of a third time interval corresponding to a retention time interval, the storage cells are read and a determination is made whether a storage cell has passed or failed a combined write window and retention test based on a value read from the storage cell.

A gauge repeatability factor may be computed based on variance of nonleaking units at each possible time, compared to the variable change made on a sample unit when coupled to a leak-simulating orifice. Either factor may be used to select a stabilize and measurement time.

A repository includes stored predetermined data patterns associated with workflow tasks performed in a workflow by a user and a system. A parser automatically parses records of the at least one log file to identify workflow tasks performed during a time period using the predetermined data patterns. A report generator automatically generates a workflow report comprising the identified workflow tasks and associated time stamps indicating workflow tasks performed by the system and user during the time period. An output processor provides the generated workflow report to a destination device for access by a user.
