Problems solved by technology

[0006] At present, there are many problems in the production of turf plants in my country, which cannot meet the needs of urban turf planting, and the germination rate of turf plants and survival under adverse conditions are important limiting factors
Adding sludge extract and rare earth elements to soak seeds in the process of lawn production is mainly to use sludge extract and rare earth elements to enhance plant seed vitality, promote plant growth, and enhance plant stress resistance. Extraction and rare earth elements are applied to turf plants to improve the vigor of turf plant seeds, accelerate the growth of turf plants, and improve the stress resistance of turf plants; and there is no literature report on the technical application of this aspect

Embodiment 1

[0060] A sludge rare earth soaking solution, which is composed of a sludge extract solution and a rare earth solution in parts by weight of 1:1; wherein the sludge extract refers to the sludge:distilled water ratio by weight and number After being mixed at 1:2, place it for 24h and filter to obtain the required sludge extract; the rare earth solution refers to Ce(NO 3 ) 3 ·6H 2 O or La(NO 3 ) 3 ·6H 2 O aqueous solution.

[0061] where Ce(NO 3 ) 3 ·6H 2 The concentration of O rare earth solution is 200, 300, 400mg.L -1 .

[0062] La(NO 3 ) 3 ·6H 2 The concentration of O rare earth solution is 200, 300, 400mg.L -1 .

[0063] Method for regulating lawn plant protection enzymes under water stress:

[0064](1) Air-dry the fetched sludge under natural conditions, and use a 2 mm sieve to remove large particles for later use;

[0065] (2) Then put the sludge in distilled water in a ratio of 1:2 by weight and place it in a container for 24 hours, then filter to obtain t...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for regulating festuca arundinacea protective enzyme under water stress by using a sludge and rare earth mixed seed soaking liquid. The sludge and rare earth seed soaking liquid is composed of sludge leaching liquor and rear earth liquor at the weight part ratio of 1:1, wherein the sludge leaching liquor is obtained by mixing sludge and distilled water at the weight part ratio of 1:2, standing for 24 hours and then filtering; and the rear earth liquor is an Ce(NO3)3.6H2O or La(NO3)3.6H2O aqueous solution with the concentration of 200-400mg.L<-1>. The experimental result shows that the sludge and rare earth seed soaking liquid for soaking seed can improve the activities of peroxidase and superoxide dismutase in the plant drought stress period, thus improving the drought resistance.

Description
