In the method, a plastic pot with diameter of 7cm and height of 10cm is used through a pot experiment; and the method comprises the steps of: putting 150g of soil into each pot; sowing 0.5g of lawn plants in each pot; uniformly spreading 3g of municipal domestic garbage fine compost with particle sizes of 1,200nm, 600nm and 300nm on the surface of the soil; uniformly covering 20g of soil on the surface of the soil; controlling the temperature to be between 20 and 26 DEG C, wherein the relative humidity is between 40 and 60 percent, and illumination is natural light transmitting indoors; fully watering the plants in the initial stage of sowing, and watering by weighing every day to every two days according to 55 to 65 percent of water-holding capacity in fields after two weeks so as to maintain the capacity within a stress range; and measuring all the indexes on the 44th day. A result shows that the fine compost protects the festuca arundinacea plant from being damaged by active oxygen radicals, and reduces adverse environmental stresses to the plant caused by drought stresses.

The invention discloses a method for improving protective enzyme activity of grass of a water stress lawn by adopting a reinforced drought-resistant microbial agent. The reinforced drought-resistant microbial agent comprises the following components of reinforced bacillus cereuses, reinforced lysine bacillus and reinforced rhodotorula glutinis, with the weight ratio of 1: 1: 1. The drought resistance and the reinforcement of a mixed microbial population are performed by adopting the method of gradually increasing the concentration of PEG6000. The invention further discloses the application of the reinforced drought-resistant microbial agent in the field of improving the protective enzyme activity of festuca arundinacea of the lawn grass under the drought stress. Experiments prove that under the drought stress, the protective enzyme activity of the festuca arundinacea can be obviously improved, so that damage caused by the drought stress to the festuca arundinacea is alleviated, and the improvement of the drought-resistance of the lawn grass is facilitated.

The invention provides a method for promoting seed germination through regulating and controlling the content of zinc in soaking liquid and relates to a seed treatment method. The method is implemented by the following steps: a, soaking crop seeds with disinfection fluid with a volume concentration of 5-15 percent for 20-50 minutes and thoroughly washing with deionized water to obtain a disinfected crop seeds; b, soaking the disinfected crop seeds obtained in the step a with chelated zinc of 0.1-3 mmol.L<-1> for 16-40 h, so as to complete seed treatment. According to the method for promoting the seed germination through regulating and controlling the content of zinc in the soaking liquid, provided by the invention, the absorption and the utilization of zinc of a plant are facilitated, and meanwhile, antagonistic action among elements can also be avoided; through regulating and controlling the content of zinc in the soaking liquid, the promoting effect of zinc on the seed germination is judged from the perspective of seed germination, growth, and changes in protective enzyme activity. Through the seed soaking treatment with zinc, the situation that the plant growth is affected due to soil zinc deficiency is improved while the soil pollution caused by excessive application of zinc fertilizers in a farmland is avoided.
