The TDMA radio-frequency signal collection quantification method and system quantify a fast-changing signal and a slow-fading envelope signal respectively, greatly reduce the quantization bit number of a high-speed ADC at the rear end, lower requirements in selecting hardware and reduce cost. Meanwhile, hardware requirements of FPGA, DSP and the like are lowered due to the reduced digital quantization bit number, processing speed is improved and signal transmitting resources are greatly saved.
