The invention discloses a system employing the head for control. The system comprises a first image acquisition device, a second image acquisition device, a distance calculation unit, a monitoring unit, and a control unit. The first image acquisition device is used for acquiring multiple first two-dimensional coordinate values of multiple feature points of the head with respect to the first image acquisition device. The second image acquisition device is used for acquiring multiple second two-dimensional coordinate values of the multiple feature points with respect to the second image acquisition device. The distance calculation unit is used for obtaining multiple distance values of the multiple feature points and a reference plane, according to the first two-dimensional coordinate values and the second two-dimensional coordinate values. The monitoring unit is used for monitoring whether the distance values change or not. The control unit is used for generate a first control signal according to the change of the distance values.
