Abstract

The application discloses a self-developed binary-channel atmospheric-particle sampler. The sampler employs a cyclone cutter for sorting, and therefore the total suspended particles, inhalable particles and particles capable of entering into lugs in the atmospheric environment can be collected and sampled by filtering membranes. The flow of each channel is set by a single chip microcomputer and the flows are accurately controlled by proportioning valves, flow sensors and control panels to reach a preset value. In addition, the single chip microcomputer can perform pressure and temperature compensating calculation for the flows so as to ensure that the volume flows of the introduction port are constant. The sampler can also collect pressure, temperature, humidity, wind speed, wind direction, and other meteorological parameters. The sampler has characteristics of compact structure of the complete machine design, small size, light weight, capability of automatic timing, visual flow display, safety, reliability, etc..
