Problems solved by technology

The anaerobic treatment process of organic wastewater is generally divided into three types: normal temperature, medium temperature and high temperature. Due to the variety of mesophilic microbial strains, easy cultivation and domestication, and high activity, it is widely used, while anaerobic influent and aerobic treatment processes have low temperature. At the temperature of the mesophilic anaerobic treatment process, when the organic wastewater is treated by the anaerobic-aerobic combined process, the organic wastewater needs to be heated during the anaerobic reaction stage, and the organic wastewater after the mesophilic anaerobic treatment needs to be treated by the aerobic process. To cool down, in the actual production process, either the process equipment is complex and requires a lot of energy to adjust the temperature of organic wastewater, or the efficiency of organic wastewater treatment is low

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for treating organic wastewater by an anaerobic-aerobic combined process. The method comprises the following steps: a, introducing the organic wastewater into an anaerobic reactor, pre-heating the organic wastewater, and stopping pre-heating; b, carrying out anaerobic reaction, and introducing wastewater after the anaerobic reaction to a middle tank; c, carrying out cooling treatment onto the wastewater which is treated by the anaerobic reaction in the middle tank, and transferring the redundant heat in the cooling process to an anaerobic reactor; and d, introducing the wastewater in the middle tank to an aerobic reactor for carrying out aerobic reaction. According to the invention, the middle tank is arranged, and a heat pump system is used for cooling the organic wastewater which is treated by the anaerobic reaction process, meanwhile, the heat pump system is used for returning the heat which is absorbed in the cooling process to the anaerobic reactor, so that energy resources needed for improving the temperature of the organic wastewater in the anaerobic reaction are avoided. Compared with the prior art, the energy resources are saved, and meanwhile, the reaction conditions for the aerobic reaction process of the next-step process are satisfied.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for treating organic wastewater, in particular to a method for treating organic wastewater with an anaerobic-aerobic combined process. Background technique [0002] In recent years, the biological treatment technology of high-concentration organic wastewater has changed from the traditional single anaerobic method and aerobic method to anaerobic-aerobic combined treatment methods, such as anaerobic-aerobic method A / O method, anaerobic-anoxic method Oxygen-aerobic method, etc., through the use of a variety of combined treatment processes to complete the biological treatment of high-concentration organic wastewater. Thus, CN100484891C discloses an anaerobic-aerobic cycle integrated biological treatment method and system for organic wastewater, and CN1413926 discloses an aerobic anaerobic process utilizing microbial anaerobic-aerobic and satiation-hunger dual stimulations. Oxygen or micro-oxygen rapid absorption of sewag...
