Abstract

The method comprises the following steps: transfecting an expression vector containing OsRhoGDI2 genes into the rice, and then cultivating the rice to obtain transgenic rice containing overexpression OsRhoGDI2 genes of T2 generation. Due to the adoption of the scheme, the transgenic rice containing overexpression OsRhoGDI2 genes of T2 generation is obtained; compared with a control group, the transgenic rice has the characteristic that the panicle length is increased by 21.3-32.9 percent.
