Abstract

The invention discloses a real-time monitoring and intelligent evaluation system for the health degree of an electric traction coal mining machine. The real-time monitoring and intelligent evaluation system comprises the coal mining machine, a wireless monitoring device, a crossheading upper computer and an above-well monitoring center, wherein the coal mining machine in the system is a monitored object; sensors such as a voltage sensor, a current sensor, a temperature sensor, a flow sensor, a pressure sensor, a position sensor and a vibration sensor are arranged on a machine body of the coal mining machine by a distribution method to form a left rocker arm monitoring unit, a right rocker arm monitoring unit, a high-voltage control box monitoring unit, a vibration monitoring unit and a machine body periphery monitoring unit, thus running state signals of the coal mining machine can be acquired. According to the system and the method which are disclosed by the invention, the real-time health degree monitoring efficiency of the overall coal mining machine is improved, the fault incidence rate of the coal mining machine is reduced, and the working condition of the overall coal mining machine and the working environment of an underground operator are improved; the system has great significance on implementation of underground unmanned or few-people mining of a working face.
