Abstract

The invention provides a near-infrared moisture measurement instrument which comprises an LED array (10), an optical system, an InGaAs detector (30) and a controller circuit. The controller circuit is connected with the LED array (10) and the InGaAs detector (30), after light emitted by the LED array (10) irradiates a sample (100) to be measured through the optical system, the scattered light is gathered on the expanded InGaAs detector, and the expanded InGaAs detector (30) transmits a signal obtained through detection to the controller circuit. The near-infrared moisture measurement instrument has the advantages that no mechanical motion parts are needed, structure complexity and system maintenance times are reduced, reliability is improved, the size of the equipment is reduced, speed measurement of a system is not limited by mechanical rotation speed any more, and millisecond-grade measurement can be achieved.
